Elm–Ledbury
Overview
Nestled at Queen & Church in Toronto’s Garden District, Elm–Ledbury is a premium twin‑tower rental community featuring 542 sleek suites and 510,000 sf of Total Gross Floor Area. Designed by renowned Hariri Pontarini & Turner Fleischer, the development boasts a striking brick-and-glass podium, a European-style pedestrian arcade (‘The Mews’), and direct connectivity to transit and major downtown amenities.
Our Contributions
Interior tile finishes across suites, amenity lounges, washrooms and spa spaces.
Amenity areas: sports & fitness zones, yoga/spin studio, cinema, basketball court, and pet spa.
Retail and service integration with coordinated tile, stone and porcelain finishes in storefronts (e.g., 10 DEAN cafe).
Close collaboration with GC, architects, landscape and retail designers—including ADA compliance, sustainability, and heritage-context integration.
11 Yorkville
Overview
Located in Toronto's prestigious Yorkville neighbourhood, 11 Yorkville is an iconic, Manhattan-inspired tower combining elegant residential living with upscale retail. The building features a double-height lobby, infinity indoor-outdoor pool, piano lounge, wine-dining room, spa, fitness, and landscaped garden podium.
Our Contributions
Interior tile finishes across ground-level retail storefronts and lobby.
Amenity spaces: pool decks, spa areas, washrooms, and common corridors.
Exterior detailing on select podium and façade features.
Close coordination with GC and design teams to uphold luxury aesthetic and ADA compliance.
88 Queen
Overview
Part of a four-tower master-planned redevelopment by St. Thomas Developments and Fitzrovia Real Estate, designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects and Turner Fleischer. The 88 Queen South Tower anchors this vibrant block with 575 residential units, 160 hotel rooms, retail space, and thoughtfully-designed pedestrian walkways.
Our Contributions
Full tile installation throughout lobby and common areas, retail podium, washrooms, amenity spaces, and select exterior façade features.
Coordinated with general contractor and design teams to ensure seamless integration of design intent and ADA/commercial standards.
Delivered exceptional finish quality within tight high-rise timelines and safety requirements.
